Lai Wah Heen is an elevated 90-seat Chinese dining restaurant located in the heart of downtown Toronto inside the DoubleTree Hotel. Known for refined service, elegant design, and a deeply rooted culinary philosophy, Lai Wah Heen brings modern sophistication to traditional Chinese cuisine. We are seeking an exceptional Bartender / Server to join our team — someone who is polished, professional, and passionate about hospitality and beverage culture. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who is equally comfortable behind the bar crafting classic cocktails and engaging with guests on the dining room floor delivering elevated service.
