We are seeking an experienced Distribution Transformer Mechanical Design Engineer to design and develop transformers up to 5 MVA, 33 kV class. The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed engineering drawings, BOMs, and supporting manufacturing and project execution activities. Job Location - Saudi Arab. Key Responsibilities: Design and development of Distribution Transformers up to 5 MVA, 33 kV class Preparation and verification of engineering drawings, fabrication drawings, and Bill of Materials (BOM) Preparation and review of technical submittals Coordinate with Production, Sales, Purchase, QA, Suppliers, and Customers Ensure timely completion of drafting work as per production schedules and project timelines Support manufacturing processes and fabrication activities Implement current design techniques and continuous improvement initiatives Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards Minimum 5 years of experience in transformer mechanical design (manufacturing industry preferred) Strong knowledge of distribution transformer design principles Proficiency in AutoCAD, Pro-E / Inventor / Fox Pro, and MS Windows Good communication, coordination, and supervision skills Awareness of: ISO 9001 Quality Management System ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Industrial Safety Standards Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering Preferred Skills: Experience working in Gulf / international projects Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2oi0yg
