Located in Trinity Bellwoods, La Palma is looking for a Host to join our team. As the first point of contact, you’ll set the tone for the guest experience. You will be welcoming guests, managing reservations, and keeping service running smoothly. Who You Are Personable and naturally great at connecting with people Observant and attentive, with an eye for detail and guest flow Transparent and welcoming in your communication, bringing positive energy to the team Organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once Eager to learn grow, and contribute to a team What You’ll Do Create a warm, welcoming first impression from the moment guests arrive Manage reservations and walk-ins to support a smooth, well-paced dining room Communicate closely with servers, management, and the kitchen to keep service flowing Answer phones and provide information about the restaurant Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready host stand and entrance Support and help organize Uber delivery orders as needed Why Work With Us?
