Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices. Manage inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary. Demonstrate solid time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously during peak hours. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Familiarity with Micros POS or similar point-of-sale systems is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal, to interact positively with customers and colleagues.
