Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in manufacturing and warehouse operations, demonstrating the ability to operate machinery efficiently while adhering to safety standards. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of production processes and maintaining high-quality output. Responsibilities - Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance and quality output. - Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning and lubricating equipment. - Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues during production runs. - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. - Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. - Document production data accurately for reporting purposes. - Assist in training new operators on machine operation and safety procedures. Qualifications - Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is preferred. - Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. - Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including overtime when required.
