Call Centre Agent - Work from Home $20.00-$24.00/hour + Benefits. Role Description: Each day and each callcan be different. We thank, connect, engage and inspire. What you can expect from us: $20.00 - $24.00 hourly w bonuses Training opportunities, lunch-and-learns, workshops 100% paid training and health perks (at 3 months) Team culture and activities, ice breakers, community events Engagement with world-class charitable organizations Permanent, full-time employment with consistent hours and growth opportunities What you should bring: You are looking for full-time hours, 40 hours a week You are technically savvy and self-reliant Availability to work 1:00pm to10:00pm Mon-Thu and 10:00am to7:00pm Fri (EST) A minimum of 2 years'' customer service andcall center experience Availability to work occasional Saturday shifts (10:00am to 5:00pm) You love talking to people and area great communicator Specific job requirements: A professional work from home office space High-speed cabled internet connection (min of 25 mbps down/5 mbps up) A USB headset and webcam A newer-version WindowsPC or laptop computer (Apple or Mac are not supported) Quit your day job, come help us save the world!
