Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our bustling restaurant team. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety regulations and sanitation standards Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and cooking equipment throughout shifts Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation Follow serving protocols to ensure guest satisfaction Support the team during busy periods by efficiently managing multiple orders Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Strong understanding of meal preparation and presentation Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting Excellent teamwork and communication skills Passion for the food industry and commitment to delivering quality dishes Kitchen experience or restaurant experience is highly desirable Join our team as a Line Cook and contribute your culinary skills in a vibrant, customer-focused workplace.
