Role Summary External broker‑ and client‑facing role managing an assigned portfolio of Tier 1 and Tier 2 Multinational programs. You will work in partnership with product underwriters and distribution to support all major Multinational lines of business. How You Will Create An Impact - Manage and oversee all aspects of multinational service delivery for the assigned portfolio, ensuring a superior client experience. - Proactively manage service activities, coordinate communication and project management across internal and external stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle. - Provide direction and guidance across the Multinational Business Model and AIG Network to ensure appropriate design and effective delivery. - Offer multinational technical expertise to underwriters, ensuring compliant program structure and adherence to local regulations. - Lead the promotion and adoption of the AIG Multinational End‑to‑End process, clarifying roles, responsibilities, and timelines. - Maintain service fee discipline using available tools. - Lead day‑to‑day delivery to ensure timely issuance of accurate local policy and invoice documentation and meet agreed SLAs. - Partner with Product Underwriters on approval of facultative reinsurance panel participants and collection of compliant documentation. - Engage with multinational claims to support timely development of bulletins, protocols, and ad‑hoc program enquiries. - Collaborate with underwriting to draft legal documentation for loss‑sensitive programs and obtain AIG legal counsel approval. - Monitor performance and elevate issues to meet all agreed SLAs. - Act as senior external service contact, providing regular updates to appointed broker (or client) on program performance. - Coordinate periodic stewardship meetings with Distribution, underwriting, and distribution to maintain alignment. - General responsibilities: - Provide multinational subject‑matter expertise and support colleagues with program design, territory information, and problem‑solving. - Contribute to prospecting, qualification, and conversion of multinational targets within the assigned span of control. - Support profitable growth of the multinational portfolio through collaboration with product and distribution. - Identify and support strategies that align product offerings and grow AIG multinational business. - Deliver structured internal and external training on multinational topics. Qualifications and Skills - 3+ years of commercial insurance experience, preferably client servicing (broker or company). - Strong technical knowledge of complex multinational programs, reinsurance structures, and the multinational environment. - Client‑focused, experienced working with multinational corporations and senior client personnel. - Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. - Highly motivated, capable of working autonomously and on own initiative. - Effective prioritisation, delegation, and adherence to tight deadlines and SLAs. - Explicit articulation of ideas and ability to influence outcomes. - Team‑player mindset with motivation to achieve common goals. - Collaborative, building strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. - Operational improvement mindset with technical knowledge to drive changes. - Computer literacy: Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word. The base salary range for this position is $72,000–$92,000 and the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the applicable incentive plan. Competitive benefits are available.
