Job Summary We are seeking a bilingual Insurance Advisor fluent in Farsi to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities - Conduct outside and retail sales to promote various insurance products to prospective clients - Engage in telemarketing efforts to generate leads and follow up with potential customers - Analyze client needs to recommend suitable insurance policies and coverage options - Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and communication - Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation and follow-up activities - Develop marketing strategies to expand client base and increase brand awareness - Negotiate policy terms with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and compliance with company standards - Provide ongoing customer support post-sale to ensure client retention and satisfaction Requirements - Proven experience in insurance sales, telemarketing, or related sales roles such as outside or retail sales - Multilingual ability, specifically fluency in Farsi; proficiency in Spanish is a plus - Strong analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions - Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Sales administration experience for managing client records and follow-up activities - Demonstrated marketing skills to attract recent clients and promote services effectively This position offers an engaging environment where your multilingual skills and sales expertise can make a meaningful impact.
