We are urgently looking for a skilled In-Car Driving Instructor in Toronto at Young Star Driving School. Must-Have Requirements: - MTO Approved and Licensed In-Car Driving Instructor - Own vehicle equipped with dual brakes - Valid Instructor Insurance - Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizen Additional Requirements: - Strong English language communication skills (Canadian Language Benchmark CLB minimum 7, IELTS Spoken minimum 6.5, or fully fluent in English) - Student-centered approach with excellent customer service skills - Sincere, passionate, and committed to teaching beginner drivers - Positive attitude and enthusiasm for teaching Responsibilities: - Prepare lesson plans and materials for each student - Provide in-car instruction on rules of the road, defensive driving techniques, and protected driving practices - Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents - Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections prior to each lesson - Ensure all safety regulations are followed - Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance What We Offer: - Competitive pay package: $30 – $35 per hour - Quick hiring process: Short interview followed by immediate or early joining If you have a positive mindset, meet all the must-have requirements, and the above qualities, apply immediately.
