Customer Service Representative (Toronto)

Position Title: HVAC Customer Service Coordinator Salary Range: $45,000–$60,000 per year, depending on experience Location: Toronto, ON Employment Type: Full-time Key Requirements: Strong customer service skills, experience in trades or field service, excellent organization, and comfort working with scheduling/admin systems Hudson Condominium Solutions is a fast-growing HVAC company focused on the Toronto condominium market. We combine high-quality field service with modern technology to give property managers and residents a better, more transparent service experience. We are looking for someone organized, qualified, and comfortable working in a fast-paced trades environment. What you’ll do: - Assist the dispatcher with daily service coordination - Triage incoming HVAC service requests from residents, managers, and buildings - Answer customer questions by phone and email - Book HVAC service calls and maintenance appointments - Send clear, professional emails to residents, managers, and internal team members - Help coordinate technician schedules and job details - Update customer records, job notes, and booking information - Support the operations team with administrative tasks as needed What we’re looking for: - Strong communication and customer service skills - Experience working in trades, field service, property management, or a similar service environment - HVAC knowledge is a huge plus - Highly organized and detail-oriented - Comfortable handling scheduling, customer questions, and urgent service requests - Able to stay calm and professional in a busy environment - Experience with Jobber or similar scheduling software is an asset - Comfortable using technology and learning new systems This is a great role for someone who understands the pace of a trades/service business and enjoys being at the center of customer service, scheduling, and operations. - To apply, please send your resume or message us directly.
