Short Summary To provide CN Tower guests with superior service through friendly interactions, service excellence and effective guest flow control. Work in any/all Guest Services areas providing timely service and accurate product information. Act as ambassadors of the CN Tower and the City of Toronto, engaging, entertaining and providing information to guests throughout their visit. Operate any of the departments core services, including monitoring guest queuing areas, the elevators and any attractions. Assist in any Guest Service areas as required. Job Description Demonstrate excellent product and service knowledge Demonstrate superior communication and listening skills Present a professional image to guests; act as ambassador of the CN Tower and the City of Toronto Execute role in specific areas of responsibility while demonstrating quality focus and delivery Interact with guests and ensure an entertaining guest experience Utilizing the View Finder App on tablets with guests on upper levels Scanning and verifying the different ticket types Operating and ensuring secure travel in the elevators Ensure that Guest Services areas are in presentable condition, assisting in cleaning where necessary A willingness to be cross-trained Setting up meeting rooms and other areas for functions and events Adhere to all Company policies and departmental procedures Other duties as required Qualifications Customer service experience is required. Hospitality and tourism experience is an asset. A secondary school diploma is an asset. Bilingual (English/French) an asset. Working Conditions Ability to stand or walk for long periods of the day. Ability to work in varying weather conditions (including but not limited to cold and hot weather, rain and windy conditions). Flexible to work rotating shifts, which includes but is not limited to evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime as required.
