Executive Assistant - Robert Half (Toronto)

Executive Assistant (Mandarin-Speaking) | Remote, Ontario We’re hiring a Mandarin-speaking Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced, globally connected business. This role is fully remote within Ontario and heavily focused on import operations from China. What You’ll Do • Provide high-level support to executives (calendar, travel, communications) • Act as a key liaison with suppliers and partners in China • Coordinate import activities from China, including documentation, timelines, and logistics follow-ups • Translate and communicate fluently in Mandarin and English • Manage meetings across time zones and track key deliverables • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence • Support ongoing projects and ensure deadlines are met What You Bring • Fluent in Mandarin and English (required) • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant • Direct experience coordinating imports from China (must-have) • Robust understanding of international trade / supply chain processes Why This Role • Fully remote within Ontario ???? • If you’re a bilingual EA who’s comfortable managing China-based supplier relationships and import processes, apply or connect for a confidential conversation.
