Maintenance Associate (Toronto)

Facility Support We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented team member to help maintain a clean, secure, and serene environment for our guests. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, has prior custodial or maintenance experience, and can work both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness across all guest and employee areas (e.g., saunas, cold plunge, steam room, locker rooms, restrooms, tea lounge, stairways, entrance, exterior space) Regular sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, squeegeeing, disinfecting high-touch surfaces, and restocking supplies Perform laundry duties including washing, drying, and rolling towels and robes and linens Support with facility upkeep such as garbage removal, pool circulation, and minor equipment care Follow daily cleaning checklists and ensure all areas meet SANA's cleanliness standards Assist with deliveries and storage, and report any maintenance issues promptly Qualifications 1+ year of janitorial or facility maintenance experience preferred High attention to detail and ability to work efficiently without supervision Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in temperature-variable environments (e.g., sauna areas) Strong time-management and communication skills Discounts on services and products Wellness-focused team culture and opportunity for growth We are an equal opportunity employer.
