Elevate MBA student experiences at the Rotman School of Management as the Associate Director of Student Engagement. This position will focus on strategic leadership and program management. You will spearhead initiatives designed to promote a sense of belonging and effective leadership among students. Collaborating with academic and administrative partners, your role involves implementing, managing, and assessing diverse engagement activities. Your strategic vision and commitment to inclusion will be key to advancing the university's mission.
