Learn more at and Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Outbound Agent to join our team. The primary responsibility of this position is to contact customers to book maintenance appointments while delivering a professional and positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly organized, comfortable using multiple systems, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities - Make high-volume outbound calls to customers to schedule maintenance appointments - Communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently with customers over the phone and in writing - Accurately enter and update customer information, appointment details, and call outcomes across multiple systems - Identify and resolve scheduling issues while offering appropriate solutions - Follow call scripts, compliance guidelines, and internal processes - Maintain attention to detail to ensure accuracy of data and appointments - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling and follow-up - Meet or exceed productivity and quality targets Required Skills & Qualifications - Solid verbal and written communication skills - Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy - Ability to work with multiple systems simultaneously - Strong problem-solving and organizational skills - Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections professionally - Ability to work evenings and weekends with flexible availability - Reliable, punctual, and able to work in an in-office environment Preferred Qualifications - Previous call centre, outbound sales, or appointment-booking experience - Experience working in a fast-paced or target-driven setting - Familiarity with CRM systems or scheduling software Why Join Us?
