Lead the operations and talent functions at Sephora Canada’s Yonge & Eglinton store. In this full time role as Store Operations and Talent Manager, you'll oversee staffing, training, and scheduling. Work closely with the Store Director and manage a dedicated team including Beauty Advisors and Department Leads.
