Job Summary SAMBAL is a up-to-date Indonesian bistro on The Danforth in Toronto. We’re looking for a Bartender who knows their way around a cocktail shaker, loves experimenting with flavors, and is excited to help craft a small but creative drink menu inspired by Indonesian ingredients. Responsibilities Craft and serve cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages to spec Help develop and refine the house cocktail menu with seasonal and Indonesian-inspired ingredients Maintain bar setup, cleanliness, and stock levels throughout the shift Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service Handle POS transactions accurately and responsibly Assist with front-of-house duties such as seating, running food, or taking orders Maintain a clean, organized, and energetic environment Qualifications 1 year of bartending experience in a restaurant or bar Smart Serve Certification (required) Confident in classic cocktails, bar tools, and drink pacing Excellent communication and multitasking skills Willingness to learn about Indonesian flavors and culture Why Join SAMBAL?
