Learn more: What You’ll Do As a key member of the Supply Chain team, you’ll help shape health and wellness outcomes for people around the world. In this role, you will: Under the direction of the Director, Logistics, Distribution & Compliance, the Distribution & Analytics Manager is responsible for leading Jamieson’s distribution team, as well as leading analytical projects and initiatives. Specific Key Responsibilities & Duties Leadership & Operations - Manage and support the distribution & analytics team, ensuring effective workload management, problem-solving, and timely execution of tasks. - Provide direct performance management for team members, including goal setting, coaching, and accountability. - Ensure each team member has meaningful annual objectives and a well-defined Development - Action Plan (DAP) and actively support their progress throughout the year. - Deliver structured and ad-hoc training to build team capability and confidence. - Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, encouraging collaboration, engagement, and continuous improvement. - Utilize employee engagement surveys and feedback tools to assess team culture and implement meaningful changes where needed. - Ensure adequate staffing and coverage to meet operational demands and maintain service levels. Process & Project Management - Lead logistics & distribution projects and initiatives that enhance global warehouse efficiency and effectiveness. - Monitor and adjust procedures to align with evolving business needs and document changes accordingly. - Ensure adherence to distribution protocols and continuous improvement practices. Carrier & Partner Relations - Assist in carrier and mode selection based on shipment requirements. - Manage relationships with global distribution providers, including 3PLs and other Logistics Service Providers. - Negotiate solutions and outcomes that benefit both internal stakeholders and external partners Compliance & Safety - Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with Jamieson’s Health & Safety policies and - SOPs, including the Safety Responsibilities Procedure. - Maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in all GMP-sensitive areas of Jamieson Laboratories Ltd. facilities. - Perform additional responsibilities or projects as assigned to support departmental and organizational success. What You Bring You bring curiosity, collaboration, and a desire to do meaningful work. You may bring experience in - Minimum 5 years of experience in global logistics & distribution – with 3rd party logistics providers (3PL). - Proven ability to lead and support high-performing teams in fast-paced environments. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and step in to execute when needed. - Excellent relationship management & negotiation skills. - Solid understanding of warehouse fundamentals and related cost structures. - Skilled accreditation in logistics or supply chain is considered an asset. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and strategic planning. - Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, including the capacity to navigate challenging conversations with professionalism. - A natural drive for continuous improvement and personal development, with a proactive approach to learning and growth. Compensation Jamieson Wellness offers a competitive total rewards package designed to support your well-being and professional growth. This includes base pay, eligibility for our Short-Term Incentive Program, and a comprehensive benefits offering. For this role, the posting range is “$80,500 - $120,850”, which reflects the full salary range of the position. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, level of education, role scope, and other professional qualifications aligned with the requirements and complexity of this position.
