Logistics and Purchasing Coordinator (Toronto)

ABOUT THE ROLE - Collaborate with Project Managers to understand and fulfill shipping needs. - Coordinate local, domestic, and international shipments, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. - Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of all required shipping documentation for seamless transitions across borders and deliveries. - Provide regular analysis on logistics performance, recommending adjustments to meet shifting priorities and improve efficiency. - Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and carriers regarding shipping inquiries. - Manage vendor relationships to ensure they meet Eventscape’s quality standards, timelines, capabilities, and budget requirements. - Work closely and provide support with Purchasing by contacting vendors, gathering quotes, and preparing purchase orders as needed. - Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, optimize costs, reduce lead times, and guarantee supply.
