Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Manage cash handling processes, including processing transactions accurately using the POS system. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol regulations while handling food and beverages. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service and ensure timely delivery of orders. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering as needed. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with health regulations. Skills Proven experience in bartending/serveing or food service is preferred. Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in financial transactions. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations related to food handling. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests. Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing. Solid time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a rapid-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
