We're looking for a Sales Executive Assistant to support our sales team. This is an entry-level role, but not a small one—you'll be a key part of how ideas move from conversation to the mainstage.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with preparing and submitting speaker proposals.
  • Support business development efforts, including research and outreach.
  • Help draft, review, and manage contracts and related documentation.
  • Keep things organized—tracking details, timelines, and communications.
  • Jump in wherever needed to support the team and keep momentum going.
