Job Description:

• Obtains, validates, analyzes, and documents accurate and timely financial and billing information to support non-meter billing processes, with a primary focus on collections for construction projects and other non-electricity invoices.
• Leads collections for miscellaneous and project-based invoices, including construction projects, capital contributions, generation projects, and lease agreements, ensuring timely follow-up, issue resolution, and recovery of outstanding receivables.
• Investigates and resolves billing, invoicing, coding, and payment issues across multiple systems, performing corrective actions to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and integrity.
• Prepares documentation for external collection agencies and performs write-off recommendations.
• Supports payment posting and reconciliation, including accurate posting of customer payments and alignment with customer accounts and the general ledger.
• Performs daily bank reconciliations in collaboration with Banking, Finance, and Treasury teams, identifying and resolving discrepancies to support accurate financial reporting.
• Supports customer inquiries, collections, and account resolutions.
• Delivers a positive customer experience through effective communication via phone, written correspondence, digital channels, and meetings, including interactions with government agencies and large customers.
• Provides operational support by assigning and reviewing work, responding to inquiries, offering guidance, and completing general clerical and administrative duties.
• Demonstrates strong safety awareness and compliance with all organizational safety rules, policies, and procedures.
