Digital Designer, Toronto

Our Financial Services client is looking for a Visual / Digital Designer to join their team!

Here are the quick details:

Rate is $45-50 per hour, t4.

Duration is 8+ months, fulltime hours per week.

Location: onsite 4x per week (downtown Toronto).

Start date is ideally asap (early May).

What You'll Do:

" Design marketing and lifecycle emails (this is the primary focus of the role).

" Create UI design assets for visitor- facing sites and blog content

" Support paid media and organic social design needs as projects arise

" Design additional marketing assets such as event materials and business cards

What We Are Looking For:

" Mid to senior- level experience in visual and marketing design

" Strong email design chops with an understanding of hierarchy, layout, and usability

" Experience designing for digital UI surfaces (web, blog, B2C touchpoints)

" Comfortable partnering with multiple stakeholders across marketing and content

" Figma and Adobe CS expertise

Nice to Haves (Strongly Preferred):

" Motion design experience

" Fluency in After Effects to bring light animation to email, social, or paid media assets
