Role Overview

Intermediate CRM Software Developer specializing in Oracle Siebel, responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining CRM applications. The position involves translating technical specifications into functional solutions, supporting integrations, and ensuring application performance within a large enterprise environment.

Must Have:

• Oracle Siebel CRM testing experience is a must.
• 5+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration / development / integration.
• Experience with Siebel IP18 or later versions with a focus on configuring / developing / testing.
• Experience in HTML 5, Cascading Style Sheet, JQuery and JavaScript.
• Working knowledge of Open UI Concepts-PM, PR, Manifest File and Mapping files.
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
• Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions.

Role and responsibilities.

• Translate technical specifications into working CRM applications.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain Siebel-based solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in CRM systems.
• Perform unit testing and support system and integration testing.
• Develop and support integrations with external systems and middleware.
• Participate in application design, development, and deployment activities.
• Create and maintain reports using tools like OBIEE and Power BI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC.
• Conduct design walkthroughs and contribute to technical documentation.
• Provide post-implementation support and enhancements.
