Business Analyst, Toronto

RJC Group are looking for a Junior-Mid level Business Analyst to join our client's commodity business in Toronto.

About the Role

Support onboarding and project delivery for power and metals products with real commercial impact. Join at a critical moment, unlocking paused initiatives due to recent internal moves.

Required Skills

• 4–5 years as a BA/business analyst, ideally in commodities or energy trading environments.
• Product knowledge: power and metals (precious metals primary), both physical and financial.
• Willingness and ability to upskill on OpenLink and related trading platforms.
• Experience liaising with front office, quants, and middle office.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to power and/or metals onboarding projects.
• Commodities experience beyond Toronto—regional background beneficial.
• French language skills (for Montreal).

Pay range and compensation package

$110,000–$120,000 CAD (base) + bonus and benefits
