Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for a Sr Production Supervisor based in Toronto, ON. The Sr Production Supervisor will lead daily production operations, oversee production schedules, and ensure the team meets quality control standards. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating production processes, managing staff, and fostering a safe and efficient work environment. The successful candidate will establish and maintain effective communication with team members and other departments, driving operational excellence and optimizing production efficiency. Qualifications - Proven experience in Supervisory Skills and Production Management in a manufacturing environment - Proficiency in Production Schedules and Production Planning to meet organizational goals and deadlines - Strong Communication skills for effectively liaising with team members and other departments - Ability to manage resources efficiently and ensure adherence to quality assurance processes - Experience in the food manufacturing industry is an asset - Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities - Diploma or degree in a relevant field such as Food Science, Engineering, or Operations Management is preferred - Knowledge of workplace safety and health regulations Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2pah6f
