Requirements - Registered Chiropractor licensed in Ontario - Provide high-quality, evidence-based, patient-centered care - Interest in implementing biomechanical screening/analysis, pain science, objective strength testing, and other research-grade tools into clinical practice. - Engage with the team in the creation and implementation of new services and treatment protocols - Comfortable with an active approach to treatment that incorporates strength/conditioning and exercise principles - Robust growth mindset and desire to become a leader in clinical practice and education - Strong patient communication and caseload management - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary group including physiotherapists, chiropractors, athletic therapists, massage therapists, and sports medicine doctors - Participation in community events, presentations, and outreach activities Work in a highly collaborative and engaging environment that includes the following: - Clinical and business-oriented career growth pathways - Regular team educational sessions and professional seminars - Opportunities for one-on-one, structured mentorship sessions with a senior therapist - Cloud-based EMR, exercise prescription, and treatment planning software - Opportunities for participation in clinical research - Work with state-of-the-art technology usually found in research labs including marker-less motion capture and force dynamometry Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2pahk3
