We are excited to invite applications for a Marketing Intern to join our Business Development & Marketing team. This internship offers hands-on experience supporting marketing and coordination activities, providing an opportunity to build practical skills in a collaborative professional environment. Essential Job Functions - Assist with CRM (Salesforce), including data entry, contact updates, and maintaining accurate records - Support event coordination by entering contacts from events and assisting with follow-up initiatives - Help organize and standardize marketing images and digital files - Maintain file structures in Egnyte and apply consistent naming conventions - Assist with website content updates, including coordination of English and French content - Support the organization of project marketing materials across web and print formats - Help collect and maintain information on newly completed projects - Provide general marketing support, including assisting with events, branding updates, and coordination tasks Position Requirements Education - Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Experience - No previous experience is mandatory. Key Skills - Solid attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Comfortable working with digital tools (e.g., CRM systems, shared drives, web platforms) - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset Work Setting This is a hybrid role based in our Toronto office, where you will work closely with team members and gain hands-on experience in a qualified environment.
