We are looking for a full-time, experienced Handyman to join our growing team and perform a wide range of light construction, renovation, and maintenance services for residential clients across the GTA. Easy Renovation is a design-build renovation company serving homeowners throughout the Greater Toronto Area. You can learn more about us at What You Will Do - Perform drywall installation, patching, taping, mudding, and finishing to a professional standard - Complete interior and exterior painting, including surface preparation, priming, and finishing - Carry out light electrical work such as installing fixtures, outlets, switches, and light fittings (non-panel work) - Perform light plumbing tasks including faucet replacement, fixture installation, minor leak repairs, and drain maintenance - Execute general handyman and construction services including carpentry, trim work, framing, and minor structural repairs - Complete light renovation and repair work for residential properties - Conduct general property maintenance tasks across multiple client sites in the GTA - Assess repair needs on-site, source materials as required, and execute work independently with minimal supervision - Communicate professionally with clients, project managers, and subcontractors at all times - Document completed work, materials used, and flag any concerns to the Project Manager promptly - Maintain a clean, secure, and organized work environment on every job site - Travel between client sites across the Greater Toronto Area using your own vehicle What We Are Looking For: - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in general handyman, construction, or residential maintenance work - Proven experience in drywall, painting, light electrical, light plumbing, and general renovation tasks - Ability to work independently, manage multiple repair tasks simultaneously, and prioritize effectively - Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship on every project - Professional communication and client-facing skills - Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle (required) — gas allowance provided - Ability to lift and carry materials, work in various physical conditions, and perform manual labour - Experience working in both residential and commercial environments is a strong asset - Knowledge of Toronto building practices, maintenance standards, and safety regulations What We Offer: - Competitive salary of $60,000 – $100,000 per year, based on experience - Gas allowance provided - Steady, full-time work with a growing and reputable GTA renovation company - Supportive team environment with clear project management and communication - Opportunity to work on diverse and rewarding renovation and maintenance projects across the GTA Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2pcg4l
