Summary 'We are looking for Servers to join our dynamic team at Shoeless Joe's Sports Grill located along the busy Waterfront and walking distance to the Rogers Centre. In this role, you will be vital in providing outstanding customer service and ensuring our guests enjoy their time with us. Your contribution will help uphold our reputation as a top sports bar destination.' Responsibilities - Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously. - Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system. - Follow Shoeless Joe's Steps of Service - Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining quality standards. - Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area. - Handle cash and process payments accurately. - Provide excellent guest services to enhance customer satisfaction. - Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities. - Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless dining experience Qualifications - Previous experience in Customer Service is an asset - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently. - Knowledge of POS systems an asset - Strong time management and organizational skills. - Commitment to food safety and sanitation standards. - Flexibility to work weekends and/or holidays - Proven ability to work in a rapid-paced environment. - A friendly attitude with a passion for hospitality and a reliable team player 'Ready to bring your enthusiasm and skills to Shoeless Joe's Sports Grill?
