Preventative Maintenance Technician (Toronto)

Job Type Full Time, Permanent Compensation $25-$35/hour + Company Vehicle + Benefits About the Company Our client has been in business for over 60 years, they are Canada's leading distributor of industrial and commercial laundry machines. They primarily serve the healthcare, hospitality and multi‑unit housing industries, as well as the coin laundry industry. They are growing at a rapid rate and are seeking to add a Preventative Maintenance Technician to their dynamic team! Responsibilities - Speak directly with customers to assess issues and provide repair solutions - Inspect washers and other equipment to determine faults - Inspect hoses and drain valves for leaks or blockages - Perform routine mechanical and electrical repairs if deemed necessary - Utilize a variety of hand and power tools to complete jobs - Ensure company vehicle is well maintained and stocked with tools - Keep detailed maintenance logs of work being performed - Other duties as assigned Requirements - Must possess a strong background working on commercial grade appliances - Prior experience in the commercial HVAC field is considered to be a strong asset - Must possess a valid G3 gas technician license (G2 in process would be a strong asset) - Must possess a valid G driver’s license with a clean abstract - Possess robust communication skills in English with ability to speak and write - Superior problem solving and time management skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Required Skill Profession Management & Operations Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2pdecu
