Role Description This is a temporary, in office Nurse Practitioner role for a facility based in Bathurst, Toronto, ON. The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive healthcare services, including conducting patient assessments, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions, creating personalized treatment plans, and educating patients on health management. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible patient outcomes is a key aspect of this role. The Nurse Practitioner will also maintain accurate and confidential medical records while adhering to established policies and regulations.
