What You'll Be Doing As Senior Manager, Distribution Strategy & Enablement at CIBC Global Asset Management, you will shape and execute key business initiatives across the Advisor Distribution business. You will provide analytical and execution excellence, lead the development and implementation of programs, and collaborate across the enterprise to drive results. Your expertise in Canadian Asset Management and analytical skills will support the creation of innovative solutions and the successful execution of strategic priorities. Compensation: Base salary range $92,490 to $127,200 plus participation in an annual incentive/bonus program. How You'll Succeed - Lead the development and execution of strategic and tactical initiatives to accelerate the salesforce. - Develop business cases and recommendations that drive business growth. - Assemble and manage project teams composed of internal and external representatives to implement new products or services. - Collaborate with internal and external teams to communicate product information and key positioning, providing ongoing high‑quality support. - Maintain comprehensive competitive intelligence on market penetration, product capabilities, and industry initiatives. - Provide ongoing management in the delivery of products or services, ensuring activities align with CIBC’s values and business plans. - Lead the design and implementation of new products or enhancement initiatives. - Liaise with the marketing team for product development content, positioning, and competitive analysis. - Maintain deep knowledge of product offerings across platforms, channels, and features. - Analyze business needs and objectives, and participate in the development and implementation of strategic product plans, including ongoing operational management and support. Who You Are - University degree in Business or Finance. - Expertise in investment and mutual fund products and regulatory environment. - Experience in product management, product development, and project management. - Exceptional analytical skills. - Preferred knowledge of Canadian Securities Course and CFA candidacy or charterholder status. - Comprehensive knowledge of the financial services industry, preferably in asset management. - Highly motivated, flexible, and results‑oriented, thriving in collaborative environments. - Strong problem‑solving skills with a pragmatic focus on implementation. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. - Alignment with CIBC values of trust, teamwork, and accountability.
