You will report directly to the Team Leader of Broker Services, assisting internal stakeholders and Brokers with Guidewire inquiries. Your key functions will include supporting data entry, processing transactions according to underwriting standards, and assessing risks for lower complexity scenarios. You will also ensure compliance with established guidelines and escalate inquiries when appropriate.
