As the Director, Distribution Intelligence & Analytics, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our distribution strategy by leveraging advanced analytics and data management to drive effectiveness and innovation. Reporting to the Executive Director & Head, Advisor Distribution Strategy, you’ll lead the execution of strategies that enhance salesforce productivity, establish robust KPI measurement, and introduce AI-driven solutions. You’ll act as the primary liaison between distribution teams, analytics partners, and technology stakeholders, ensuring the successful deployment and adoption of data-driven solutions that elevate client engagement and business performance. Your leadership will foster a culture of teamwork, trust, and accountability, and you’ll collaborate across multiple business units to align with CIBC’s client-centric philosophy. The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $111,060 to $152,710. The base salary is determined by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s skills, experience, and job-related knowledge, as well as geographic location and specific business needs. Our compensation philosophy supports ongoing growth and development, enabling progression within the salary range as team members advance in their roles. In addition to base pay, compensation for this role includes participation in an annual discretionary incentive or bonus program. How you'll succeed - Shape Distribution Strategy - Define and execute strategic initiatives to optimize distribution channels, ensuring alignment with CIBC’s growth objectives and client experience priorities. - Lead Analytics & Salesforce Enablement - Oversee the development and implementation of advanced analytics and CRM solutions that drive actionable insights and support business decision-making. - Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration - Build strong relationships with business, analytics, and technology teams to deliver integrated solutions that maximize business value. - Promote Data-Driven Decision Making - Champion the adoption of analytics and best practices across distribution teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. - Monitor Performance & Compliance - Establish KPIs, monitor solution performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement data-driven enhancements. - Foster Innovation - Stay abreast of market trends and emerging technologies, guiding the adoption of innovative tools and methodologies to maintain CIBC’s competitive edge. - Strategic Leadership - Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of distribution and analytics initiatives, translating business objectives into actionable plans. - Stakeholder Management - Influence and build consensus among diverse stakeholder groups, including executive leadership, technology partners, and front-line teams. - Analytical Expertise - Apply advanced analytics, data modeling, and CRM technologies to solve complex business challenges and deliver measurable outcomes. - Change Management - Drive organizational change by enabling teams to adopt new processes, tools, and data-driven approaches. - Operational Excellence - Balance long-term strategic goals with near-term priorities, ensuring high-quality delivery and continuous improvement. Who you are - Experienced leader. You have a proven track record in distribution strategy, analytics, and salesforce enablement within financial services or a related industry. - Dashboarding & visualization expert. You bring expertise in creating outstanding dashboards using Power BI or Tableau to support business insights and decision-making. - Data-driven professional. You have a deep understanding of advanced analytics, CRM platforms, and their application in driving distribution effectiveness and client engagement. - Collaborative influencer. Your exceptional communication and leadership skills enable you to drive alignment and build trusted partnerships at all levels. - Results-oriented achiever. You focus on delivering high-quality, impactful solutions in complex and fast-paced environments. - Education & credentials . You hold a Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field; relevant certifications in analytics or data science are an asset. - Values matter to you.
