About us Picadilly Fashions Canada is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Customer Service Associate to join our growing team. We are a fast-paced women’s fashion wholesaler serving retailers across North America and international markets since 1975. This position is ideal for someone with experience in wholesale apparel, fashion distribution, or a similar order-processing environment who thrives on multitasking, communication, and operational accuracy. Key Responsibilities - Process and manage customer orders from entry through shipment, both wholesale and ecom orders. - Coordinate all aspects of order fulfillment, shipping, and logistics - Prepare shipping documentation and labels for various courier and freight providers - Schedule pickups and monitor shipments with carriers such as UPS, FedEx, Purolator, and freight companies - Communicate with customers, sales representatives, warehouse staff, and internal departments regarding orders, inventory, delivery timelines, and backorders - Review orders for availability, release pick tickets, and follow through on all shipping requirements. - Assist with routing, export documentation, and special customer compliance requirements (as needed) - Resolve customer inquiries, shipment issues, shortages, and discrepancies professionally and efficiently. - Maintain accurate customer records, shipping notes, and order documentation - Support the accounting and warehouse teams with order-related follow-up and coordination Qualifications - Experience in wholesale apparel, fashion, distribution, or a similar B2B order-processing environment - Strong understanding of customer service operations and logistics coordination - Experience using courier portals and shipping systems - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - High attention to detail and accuracy - Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Excel - Experience with ERP/order management systems is an asset - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team setting What We Offer - Stable, long-term opportunity with an established fashion company - Collaborative and supportive team environment - Opportunity to grow within the organization - Competitive compensation based on experience Working Conditions - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; - Ability to multi-task effectively; - Full Time (40 hours/week) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: From $48,000.00 per year + Health plan options Advantages: - Extended health care - On-site parking Schedule: - 8 hour shift Work Remotely - No If you are dependable, organized, and enjoy being part of a dynamic apparel business, we would love to hear from you.
