As a Magic Windows Outside Sales Representative, you’ll meet pre-qualified homeowners interested in replacing or upgrading their windows and doors. Day to Day in the role As a high performance sales rep at Magic, here is what you can expect daily: 1-2 sales presentations per day Your leads will be provided by the company - meaning there’s no cold calling. You’ll meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments and execute our proven sales presentation. Follow the system, and you’ll close deals consistently. Project Management When you aren’t selling, you’ll update prospect profiles in our CRM to keep management informed of your performance. You’ll also manage your clients’ purchase from presentation through installation, coordinating with other departments (production, service, or scheduling) to ensure every project runs smoothly. Up-selling/cross-selling When you’re not selling or updating CRM notes, you’ll visit clients during or after their installations to ensure they’re 100% satisfied with their Magic experience. This is also your chance to up-sell or cross-sell to their friends, family, and neighbours - 25% of our revenue comes from repeat and referral business.
