Temporary Health & Wellness Manager Role (Toronto)

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will lead the nursing team to align with healthcare compliance and the Retirement Homes Act. Your responsibilities include evaluating nursing activities, planning health services, and ensuring high-quality care for residents. Additionally, you'll participate in assessments and quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Assign and evaluate nursing department activities - Plan and oversee residents’ personal care services - Develop individualized care plans with assessments - Organize care conferences for residents - Ensure accurate health record maintenance Requirements: - Registered Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario - 3-5 years leadership in senior housing - CPR & First Aid certification - Proficient in Microsoft Office - Transparent vulnerable sector screen and recent health documentation Lead the healthcare team with integrity, compassion, and compliance as the Health and Wellness Manager.
