Technology Strategy Transformation - Retail Manager (Toronto)

Join EY’s Technology Consulting practice as a Manager in our Technology Strategy Transformation team, focused on the retail sector. You’ll help leading retailers navigate technology transformation, drive innovation, and deliver value across diverse retail environments. Key Responsibilities - Engage directly with retail organizations to understand their technology needs and challenges. - Advise on technology strategies that address the unique differences between various retail segments, such as grocery and fashion. - Support business case development and deployment planning for transformation initiatives. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions spanning multiple technologies. - Lead enterprise technology transformation projects, guiding clients through the selection and implementation process. - Contribute to project launches and ongoing client engagements. Skills and Attributes for Success - Strong technology acumen, with experience working across a range of platforms and solutions. - Experience engaging with clients and driving transformation initiatives. - Deep understanding of the retail industry, with the ability to speak intelligently about sector‑specific challenges and opportunities. - Proven ability to design and implement enterprise systems (ERP, OMS, POS) across full project lifecycle—from requirements through deployment and stabilization in retail organizations. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ideally, You’ll Also - Have previous consulting experience (preferred, but not required). - Bring industry experience from leading retail organizations. - Be bilingual in English/French (preferred, but not required).
