Senior Demand Planner (Toronto)

Job Description: What will you work on? As the Senior Demand Planner, you will be responsible for forecasting product demand for a key customer team. Leveraging input from Retail, Marketing, and Analytics, you will be a critical part of our Sales Operations Planning (SOP) process, ensuring forecast accuracy and alignment across the business. How will you create impact? Lead Demand Debrief reviews with cross-functional teams to deliver an unbiased, unconstrained view of demand for the global SOP process. Identify and frame risks, opportunities, and critical business decisions, escalating as needed through the SOP process. Analyze weekly retail sales (POS) and inventory levels, providing recommendations to optimize sales and inventory. Use POS and inventory data to proactively minimize internal supply chain liabilities. Maintain and leverage ladder plans to ensure forecasts align with account plans and retail performance. Evaluate and measure forecast accuracy and bias, driving corrective actions to improve results. Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the forecasting process. What are your skills and experience? A degree in business, supply chain, finance, or a related discipline. Previous experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain operations, preferably in consumer products. Experience with and exposure to SOP processes and procedures.
