Store Location Store Name/Number: ON-Colossus (1504) Address: 7575 Weston Road – Unit 117C, Vaughan, ON L4L 9K5, Canada Responsibilities - Develop team and manage daily operations at the Beauty, Skin and Fragrance Studio. - Ensure studio coordinators are adequately trained to manage studio services day to day. - Leverage technology innovations within services to provide an elevated in‑store experience. - Manage the services online reservation system, publishing beauty advisor availability and class dates/times. - Ensure adequate staffing levels to support smooth client flow and an efficient check‑in process. - Execute training for new hires and existing team members and facilitate orientation and selling model training sessions. - Support operations team with visual merchandising: maintain company standard, keep sales floor neat, clean and organized, execute visual merchandising flips, replenish inventory. - Ensure beauty advisors engage with all store brands and that brand representatives train and coach cast effectively; provide feedback on brand training effectiveness. Qualifications - Two to four years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence business partners at all levels. - Proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders who train and develop cast to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service. Physical Requirements Work in a fragrance‑filled workplace. Lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Bend and stretch to stock shelves. Compensation Annual salary ranges from CAD$54,800.00 to CAD$68,500.00.
