Senior Vice President, Health & Wellness As a Senior Vice President, Health & Wellness at Zeno Group, you will lead integrated communications accounts spanning biotech, consumer health, and medical devices, serving as a trusted counselor to clients, providing strategic guidance and fostering long‑term partnerships through a deep understanding of their business, products, markets, and industry influencers. About You - 15+ years of experience in a PR agency or similar environment. - 8+ years of experience in Health & Wellness Communications. - Proven success leading clients in the healthcare/health‑+wellness space, with deep experience navigating regulated environments. - Demonstrated ability to identify and drive organic growth opportunities within client relationships, supporting new business efforts. - Deep understanding of the biotech, pharmaceutical, and consumer health landscapes, including emerging trends and market dynamics. - Ability to synthesize complex scientific and regulatory information into clear, actionable strategies. - Strong commercial acumen, managing budgets, forecasting revenue, and contributing to business growth. - Excellent communication skills to lead and motivate teams and serve as a trusted client counselor. - Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. - Highly organized and adept at managing shifting priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. - Proven history of leading teams, developing talent, and fostering a high‑performance culture. - Excellent presentation skills, with experience delivering strategic recommendations to senior client stakeholders and in pitch environments. - Experience leading fully integrated teams across disciplines and geographies; integrated marketing background strongly desired. Pay Range Salary range: $170,000 to $190,000 CAD per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
