Project Coordinator-Residential Wood Frame Construction Location: Toronto, ON Salary: $85000-$95000 (based on experience) About the Company For over 50 years our client has been providing complete construction management, construction consulting and land development services throughout Ontario. They are in continual growth mode and currently have an opening for a Project Coordinator with Wood Frame construction experience. About this Role - The Project Coordinator must have wood frame construction experience for the successful execution of multiple purpose-built apartment rental projects. - Projects range from approximately 9,000 to 15,000 square feet, with individual project values between $2.5M–$3.0M in hard construction costs. - Based in the Vaughan, ON office you will be working closely with the Senior Project Manager, Project Managers, Estimators, and Site Supervisors throughout all phases of construction, from pre-development through project close-out and delivery - Assist PMs and Estimators in preparing project-specific scopes of work for tendering - Maintain project documentation, records, meeting minutes, and drawing management through Procore and/or Autodesk platforms - Assist in preparation and maintenance of construction schedules using Microsoft Project - Coordinate weekly updates and ongoing communication with project stakeholders - Attend project sites as needed in collaboration with the PM - Other tasks as assigned Qualifications - Must have one full-cycle wood frame construction project - Experience with purpose-built rental or multi-residential construction is an asset - Familiarity with: - CCDC contracts (CCDC 17 and CCDC 5A) - Procore and/or Autodesk Construction Cloud - Microsoft Project - Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Detail-oriented with strong document management capabilities - Ability to work collaboratively with project teams, consultants, and trade contractors Compensation and Perks - Comprehensive benefits package - Two (2) weeks paid vacation - Opportunity for long-term growth within an expanding multifamily development and construction platform #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2pojcv
