1. Hand-in-Hand Mentorship (First 90 Days) For your first 3 months, you wont just be given a pile of work and left alone. You will directly shadow the Finance Department Head. You will sit in on high-level strategy meetings and client presentations. We will personally teach you the inside secrets of how the fintech and wealth management industry actually works.

Your Daily Work:
