Masterfully manage senior client stakeholders, facilitate cross‑functional communication and drive cultural shifts needed for a cost‑conscious mindset within client organisations. Redefine operational models with new capabilities. Re‑imagine client processes with expert redesign and analytics. Guide clients in adopting new technologies, including intelligent automation using prompts and agents. Lead the full cycle of client engagements, focusing on cost transformation from chance identification to benefit realization across life, general and commercial insurance sectors. Engage in dynamic and complex programme management, with meticulous benefit tracking and change management to deliver targeted cost‑focused work streams. Qualifications Minimum six years of consulting experience delivering operational transformations within financial services, with a focus on life insurance & retirement, P&C; insurance and commercial insurance sectors. Technical expertise in enterprise‑wide analytics and departmental analyses to unveil cost transformation opportunities, utilizing state‑of‑the‑art digital tools. Operational model transformation expertise, including operating model design and sourcing strategies. Specialization in process excellence, with deep experience of process redesign, excellence and analytics. Proven capability in strategic cost reduction, business case development for transformative initiatives and driving associated commercials. Strong communication, networking and financial statement analysis skills, and the ability to nurture sustainable relationships and champion cultural change. Articulate writing skills for effective presentation in reports, proposals and articles to win work. Dedication to personal growth and professional development by actively seeking feedback and new learning avenues. Benefits & Compensation Salary range: $168,000 – $218,000. Competitive compensation and variable incentive pay programs, inclusive perks and flexibility arrangements. Base salary is determined by skills, experience, qualifications and work location.
