Job Overview We are AllianceOne, a division of the largest BPO expert team. We are hiring inbound call centre/customer care representatives to provide support and resolve account issues, working to deliver an above‑average customer experience and create solutions that benefit both the consumer and the organization. Responsibilities Interact with customers to provide support and resolve account issues. Maintain a high level of customer experience and ensure solutions satisfy both the consumer and the organisation. Engage with customers in a qualified, friendly manner and provide accurate information. Compensation and Benefits Pay: $17.60 per hour. Monthly incentive potential up to $355.00. Competitive base hourly rate with a commission structure and paid training. Schedule and Hours 37.5 hours per week Monday‑Friday. Must be available for any shift between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM. Training Daily sessions Monday through Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST. Location 75 Eglinton Ave E, Toronto, ON M4P 3A4. Qualifications Minimum one year of call centre experience or equivalent. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Computer savvy and ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute. Robust ability to navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers. Team player with problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills. Experience with US‑based customers, auto finance, or familiarity with NPS or ESAT surveys is a plus. Requirements A clear criminal background check is required prior to the start date. An employment reference check from employers in Canada or the United States covering the last 12 consecutive months is required.
