Customer Service Specialist (Toronto)

Gee Beauty is looking for a polished, organized, and service-driven Client Experience Expert to join our Toronto studio team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment, loves people, understands hospitality at a high level, and takes pride in operational excellence. At Gee Beauty, the Client Experience Team is the heartbeat of the studio. This role is not simply reception — it is about creating flow, managing energy, mastering schedules, supporting revenue opportunities, and ensuring every client feels cared for from beginning to end. Responsibilities

Schedule mastery and optimization to support studio flow, client satisfaction, and revenue growth Deliver elevated, warm, solution-oriented client service in person, over phone, and through email support Manage appointment booking, confirmations, rescheduling, and client communication with professionalism and care Support daily POS operations including transactions, gift cards, retail purchases, and client profiles Execute opening and closing duties with precision and accountability Maintain strong organization, attention to detail, and urgency throughout the day Support retail attachment and rebooking opportunities through thoughtful client communication Work closely with leadership and service providers to ensure a seamless client experience Qualifications

Is highly organized and thrives in a multitasking environment Communicates with professionalism, warmth, and confidence Is naturally solution-oriented and proactive Loves hospitality, beauty, wellness, and people Understands the importance of details, timing, and follow-through Can remain calm, polished, and efficient during busy studio moments Has experience in luxury retail, hospitality, client experience, or front desk operations (preferred) Has versatile availability, including the ability to work both weekend days
