Key Responsibilities: • Document and communicate business requirements clearly • Collaborate with teams in Finance and Actuarial departments • Act as a contact point for system change inquiries • Partner with project teams to meet deadlines • Ensure successful testing and deployment processes

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent • At least 5 years in Financial Services focused on system transformation • Familiar with data modeling and SQL • Experience with finance subledger systems • Knowledge of Agile practices and tools like JIRA
