Join a cutting-edge project as a Fractional Media and Web Analytics Manager working 20 hours a week from Toronto. This role emphasizes CRO strategies, tools management, and data analysis with significant client interactions.

As a contractor, you will drive analytics initiatives, developing dashboards for media performance reporting and ensuring optimal conversion pathways. Collaborating closely with clients, you will execute A/B tests, lead tagging strategies, and propose actionable recommendations based on thorough data examination. Your proficiency in analytics tools like GA4 and your client-facing skills will play a pivotal role in achieving key results.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and manage TapClicks dashboards for performance reporting • Lead audits and troubleshoot GA4/GTM tags • Design and run A/B tests to optimize conversions • Conduct performance analysis to identify growth opportunities • Ensure QA for all analytics reporting and testing

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Data Analytics • 4+ years of analytics experience • Expertise in GA4, GTM, and A/B testing • Robust data visualization skills with relevant tools • Excellent presentation and communication skills
